Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items (excluding, but not necessarily limited to, items purchased from our Bargain Bin, apparel and customized merchandise) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of our error (i.e., incorrect or defective item). For returns where the reason for return is not a result of our error we may, in certain circumstances, be able to provide a reduced rate label, the cost of which will then be subtracted from your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return shipment date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In an effort to reduce overproduction waste, customized products and apparel are produced on demand and only when an order is placed. Consequently, these products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a defective condition or do not meet the specifications of the order.
